Rent Includes:
Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air-conditioner, window treatments, storage locker, surface parking, garbage collection, cold water.

Resident pays individual electric bill (heat and hot water).

Rental Terms:
No lease is required to rent our apartments. A written 60-day notice to vacate an apartment unit is required.  These notices are only valid as of the first day of the month. We have a winter lock-in for the months of December and January. Credit and background checks will be performed.  An application is available on-line and must be completed by each adult resident.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to be paid in full prior to moving in.
